Foundation Online Coaching

Who is Foundation Online Coaching for?

 

Foundation Coaching is our second tier coaching platform for woman who need a structured workout program as well as tailored nutrition education. These woman may not need as much accountability and support as a Premium Client and have a little bit more flexibility.

 

What you will receive as a Foundation Client of Empower Online Coaching  ​​

In depth fortnightly video recorded check ins or voice notes with Hayley which will include Scale weight, measurements photos, exercise technique videos assessments, food journal breakdown and analysis as well as answering any questions you may have

In depth nutrition education

Who is Nutrition Only Coaching for?

Nutrition Only Coaching is for those woman who want to focus on their eating habits and their relationship with food.

This is a great coaching tier for those who may already be confident in the gym or simply just need guidance and education on how to fuel their bodies correctly.

Either way, I am here to help you feel confident in your food choices and create a healthy relationship with food.​​
